$200 - BASIC "DIY" CONSULTATION | 2 HOURS

In this intensive 2 hours consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

 
 
 
 
    • We start with a phone interview to discuss your home and family to help on your home design and research your neighborhood demographics.
    • We will meet with you and go over the phone interview to make sure your goals and expectations will give your maximum ROI
    • We will go through your home and discuss what needs to be done first in order to prepare the home to sell
    • While we verbally do the "walk through" of your home you will have a Staging Report that you can fill out and take notes
    • We will discuss shopping Items that should be purchased to create the model home look
    • We will go over any cosmetic changes that are simply necessary to do in order to sell in your market place

            By the end of this session, you will receive:


  1. Detailed Staging Report on what to do in each room to get the best price
  2. Detailed Shopping List for what to purchase for maximum, staging impact
  3. Recommended Vendor List – A handy list of the local vendors I recommend
  4.       *Any Additional Hours Reverting to $100 Hourly Rate

$400 - PREMIUM PACKAGE | Consultation with Half Day Staging | 4 HOURS

This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to start staging the main areas of the home right away.  You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own!

  • We start with a phone interview to discuss your home and family to help on your home design and research your neighborhood demographics.
  • We will meet with you and go over the phone interview to make sure your goals and expectations will give your maximum ROI

  • We will go through your home and discuss what needs to be done first in order to prepare the home to sell

  • While we verbally do the "walk through" of your home you will have a Staging Report that you can fill out and take notes

  • We will bring in beautiful staging accessories and provide you with a shopping list for you to be ready on your open house day or your MLS photos

  • We will discuss shopping Items that should be purchased to create the model home look

  • We will go over any cosmetic changes that are simply necessary to do in order to sell in your market place

  • We will work for up to 4 hours on your home tackling basic areas, like Living Room , Kitchen, and Bathroom

  • If time permits we will go over other main areas you desire to leave your home stage ready for after photos

  • We will touch on your organization and decluttering to keep the home ready to show and sell

  * Home should be cleaned and prepped ready prior to stager arriving

  *Any Additional Hours Reverting to $100 Hourly Rate

$100 Hr - POWER SHOPPING 

  • We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. 
    We know where to go and even get “Designer Discounts” on what we purchase for you.
